A leader is the one personality who is truly grounded to his roots and believes his power is nothing but many people's faith in him. Thus keeping himself connected with the people he came from and toiling for them day in day out without for a better tomorrow. Politics has very few personalities bearing these qualities- and Bapusaheb Pathare is also one of them.
Bapusaheb Pathare has been the pivotal part of developments across Vadgaon Sheri assembly in his period of 2009-2014. He has particularly utilized big amount of funds in his assembly for construction and developments of roads in Vadgaon heri, Chandan Nagar, Manjari, Kharadi, Lohagaon, Nirgudi which helps to connect these parts with the city and resulted in a hassle free transport across the parts of the assembly.
Bapusaheb Pathare's Team has built and concretized roads across Dhanori amounting upto 1.30 cr. The regional parts like Lohagaon, Parande Nagar, Sant Nagar, Munjaba Vasti, Kalvad, Khulewadi have been connected through tar roads and concretized it to connect these parts to city. Around 1.60 cr has been spent on these projects. Old tar roads and other parts missing concrete roads have transformed into wide and clean road which helped in smooth and swift transportation in these areas easing out traffic jam and saving valuable time.
Bapusaheb has paid more attention for Kharadi as it is being the IT hub and he spent a humongous 2.5 cr to built roads and concretize them. These developments helped the employees working across various offices and IT Park in Kharadi saving their most important travel time.
He provided paver blocks and has done beautification works in areas like Vishrantwadi, Kalas,Vadgaon Sheri, Viman Nagar, Chandan, Maharashtra Housing Board amounting up to a whopping 3.05 crores. He also developed roads and concretized it across Vishrantwadi, Kalas, Dhanori, Gurudwara Road, Viman Nagar, Sant Nagar, Yerawada utilizing over 2.35 crore of his development funds.
Bapusaheb has also built road lights and installed underground power lines across Kharadi, Munjaba Vasti, Pathare Vasti, Dhanori, Vadgaon Sheri and other places amounting upto 1.45 cr. He has also spent over 1.10 crore in providing drainage lines across Kharadi, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Vadgaon Sheri, Kalas.
He has also raised many community centers across Tingre Nagar, Chandan Nagar, Viman Nagar, Vishrantwadi and Yerawada from his development funds estimated over 1.25 crores. Bapusaheb has helped numerous temples for its renovation like Hussain Shah Baba dargah, Pagoda at Tirupati campus garden. Being a true nature lover he knows the importance of greenery and fresh air as well as modern lifestyle, hence Bapusaheb has also built gardens in and around Kharadi, Bramha Sun City, Viman Nagar, Kharadi worth 1.6 crores of his funds.
Bapushaeb has very cordial bonds within all of his people and interacts with them every now and then. He particularly has more warmth and love for senior citizens and has helped them in every little way possible, to make their second innings more cheerful and healthy. He has constructed benches for them at various places across his assembly where they can sit and have a chat.
Bapusaheb has also developed and helped in beatification of many community places and statues of great historical leaders. He has spent over 2.10 crores in developments and maintenance of many community temples, muslim burial grounds and also beautified statue of the great Maratha emperor Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Chandan nagar.
Thus, Bapusaheb is undoubtedly the people's man who always believed in working hard for his constituency and will continue to do it all over again.
